For viewing your laboratory report :

• Reports are accessible through www.alexislabreports.com
• A sms notification is send to patron registered mobile no when report is uploaded on website.

• Results of HIV Tests, Biopsy and Cytology tests are not published.
• New users click on unregistered user tab. On Registration\Sign up screen enter the Unique ALX PIN NO send in the SMS and registered mobile number in the format 91XXXXXXXXXX.

• Click on Register & Download to receive OTP in registered mobile no. Enter the OTP and login to profile.
• Registered Users, enter the PINO NO and password to login and view the reports.

• Set your Username and Password for next time use. Click to View\Download the reports.
• If you don’t receive OTP in registered mobile number kindly contact Alexis Hospital @0712 - 7120 000 and confirm the mobile number registered & PIN NO.
• If you cannot remember your old password, click Forgot Password and enter ALX PIN NO to receive login credentials on your registered mobile no. or use unregistered tab to generate OTP to login anytime.

• All published reports will be available on web for 90 days only.
• All reports should be interpreted by a doctor before any conclusion.
